I’ve used this code here for my frontend publisher page

It works perfectly but it doesn’t include my other meta key which is “imwb_videopress_post_video_type”
I only want people to be able to post youtube embed links so Y needs to go in the field for imwb_videopress_post_video_type
Is there some type of drop down box I can use and force a user to use when filling out the form? Or a forced invisble field that can be set with shortcodes something like imwb_videopress_post_video_type=Y=true?
Next problem I have is
The activity feed doesn’t seem to be auto updating I always have to hit refresh. This doesn’t help be cause I use the no_header=true function on it and the refresh button disappears what can I do?
