Form registration problem!!! Jquery.ajax

Hello,
I’ve found alot of solutions about this problem but on my site, still be buggy. Everytime I try to submit my registration, a pop-up message appear on top of screen ( http://prntscr.com/6ah04b ), but the User is registred from the console!

Can someone help me to fix these issues? I should to re-bring the website up this Monday..

Hi,

There might be some conflicting issue with other plugins or theme installed in your WordPress Site . Can you please try disabling the plugins one by one and switch to default theme and see if anyone of them is causing the issues and let me know .

If it still doesn’t work please let me know .
