Hello,
I had sent you an email from within your Envato’s profile and I’m following up to see if you’ve received it:
The “forgot password” feature is not working. I searched and found someone else within this forum that had a similar problem, but that didn’t work for me. I had originally thought that it probably had to do something with a plugin…
I deactivated every plugin except userPro of course and it didn’t work.
I switched to the twenty fourteen theme that ships with WordPress as well as deactivating the plugins – no.
Thinking that it may be typo error, copied and pasted the email address that shows inside the User’s section in the backend. 🙁
I’ve tried it on Firefox, Chrome and Safari and it does nothing.
I’ve also checked the spam folder each time.
I’ve tried “change my password”.
I’ve also tried “request secret key”.

I’m fresh out of thoughts and ideas to troubleshoot this myself before asking for help. Please help.
