Hey all,
I want to have Facebook log in on top of my login/registration form.
See below:
Anyone have any tips on how to achieve this?
+1 here also.
See this post, I believe they are working on it…

+1 What php file do I need to modify to realize it right now??
You’ll need to look in the templates/register file.
I’ve managed to get it on top.
But I’m still struggling with the layout to make it look nice.Maybe someone can help?
Hey Emiel.
I was wanting to do something similar. I’m not a php guy but I do quite a bit of CSS.
Maybe we can help each other.Give the URL to your page and I’ll take a quick look.

Great! Let’s help each other!
Well, I’m testing on the localhost so giving you my site isn’t that easy.
Anyway…
in the templates folder, the file register.php is responsible for the layout.
Line 57 until 61 is used to make the social buttons visible.PHP12345<?php // Hook into fields $args, $user_idif (!isset($user_id)) $user_id = 0;$hook_args = array_merge($args, array('user_id' => $user_id, 'unique_id' => $i));do_action('userpro_inside_form_submit', $hook_args);?>Don’t copy the code in this window, bçause this forum messed it up 🙂
I’ve cut and pasted that code in front of the closing div tag at line 11.
At this moment I’m struggeling to make it look nice with the CSS.
And to put a text above it.In my browser I played around a bit with the userpro-social-connect tag, and made this out of it:
div.userpro-social-connect {
position: absolute;
left: 50%;
}The result looks like this:
I think it needs a little bit of fiddling around with CSS and/or div’s, containers.
Emiel
Emiel,
Take a look at my registration page and look at the CSS that I used. I never changed the page, just the CSS. I don’t like to change the php if I can help it, especially with all of the updates that Ahmed does. Maybe this can help you.

If you post to a live site where I can see the CSS, I’ll take a look for you.
Regards,

Just wondering if Support Ahmed managed to figure this out… It would b of great help to include a Facebook register button when users are registering..
however as my site is private in nature.. we have a group fb page. is it then also possible to allow for optional automatic fb group join requests as well?
thanks
