Hi,
I’ve purchased UserPro today and it looks fantastic. I am encoutering a minor issue that I can’t seem to get around after setting it up though:
whenever I try to create a new account or modify an existing one, I get this error message:
Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form: Not Acceptable
Any thoughts on how to solve this?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi, This could be due to other plugins / theme conflict. Did you check by disabling all other plugins on your site and also by switching the theme to any default WordPress theme ?
Hey,
Thank you for getting back to me. I did try disabling every other plugins and switching to a default theme, but I am still getting the same error message.

MJ-It isn’t the other plugins. You are aware of the problem as several people have had the same issue. I didn’t touch the website for 5 months with the same theme and only updated to the latest version of your plugin and nothing else, thereafter having the ajax problem.
I’ve checked with my host service if the issue might have been on their side but it isn’t, made a clean installation of the plug in with a default theme and won’t work still.
I am getting this too now. This has been going on for quite some time if you do some google searching and no fixes have been provided so far. Very annoying.
