Good Morning,
I have a problem I cant seem to solve.
On a page I would like to show a dashboard from another website. The dashboards on the other site are specific to the user. I created a custom field [web_analytics] (which contains the URL to the dashboard it is a https url our site is also https) and wanted to display this dashboard on a page.
So in short I want to display the dashboard for the logged in user on a page.
I thought about using <iframe> or even a iframe plugin (but you cannot use nested shortcodes) and place the custom field with the iframe tag but I just cant get this to work.
Do you have a solution or have you tried this before?
Best regards
MarkHi Guys – It appears that my support question is the only question not answered over the last 3 hours – I assume its not straight forward, or did I not explain it well?
Apologies for the delay!
The content passed between this shotcode will only be visible to the logged in user. You can also use short codes or different plugins as a content of this shortcode –
[userpro_loggedin][gridfx][/userpro_loggedin]Hi I am having same type of requirement.
What is [gridfx], I pasted the below code in textbox block and it is displaying as [gridfx] in the preview of that page.
[userpro_loggedin][gridfx][/userpro_loggedin]
Can some guide me? Thanks in advance.
Requirement is : Display dashboard in profile page from another website based on logged in user(We need to pass the username to another website to get individualized personal dashboard) with iframe or another control.
Thank you.
@Leela Ravi Kanth Perla – GridFX is a plugin. For more info please see the demo here – http://userproplugin.com/gridfx/ and [gridfx] is a default shortcode of that plugin to display the images in Grid format. If you have Gridfx plugin installed then this shortcode – [userpro_loggedin][gridfx][/userpro_loggedin] will display the Grid Images only to Logged In members. Can you please let me know – Have you installed GridFX plugin ?
Hi UserPro Support team,
Thanks for your reply.
Our requirement is different.
We need to pass the current logged in username to another website using iframe.
for ex: (In rawhtml control we are using iframe as below “xxxx” needs to be replaced with logged in username)
<iframe src=”http://www.lys.org?user=xxxx” width =”100%” height=”600px” seamless=”seamless” frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>
Apologies – As of now there is no such way to do this. UserPro doesn’t support such feature.
