After several tests, I noticed that you cannot display in the memberlist more than one custom role. I created new roles with User Role Editor : https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
And here is my shortcode :
[userpro template=memberlist role=”pmpro_role_2,pigiste” search_secteurs_activites=”Secteurs,dropdown” search_competences=”Compétences,dropdown” search_ville=”Ville,dropdown” memberlist_v2_showbadges=1 memberlist_v2_bio=0 memberlist_email=0 memberlist_gender=0 memberlist_v2_showsocial=0 memberlist_v2_fields=”secteurs_activites”]
I also tested with less options and it’s working either :
[userpro template=memberlist role=pmpro_role_2,pigiste]
When you add more than one custom role it is showing all the members that have custom roles, but not only the one that you want to show.
In my example it is supposed to show the “pigiste” role and the “pmpro_role_2” only, but it is showing other users that have a custom role. It is not showing the default WP roles.
Do you plan to release a fix on the next update?
Thanks!
That issue was fixed in the last versions, but there is still a problem with the search fields if you have multiple custom roles. I talked with the support team and they are aware of this bug.
I hope it’s going to be fixed in the next released!
I will check out v2.24. In 2.23 the problem still exists, exactly as you described.
Displaying more than one role works for EMD. In memberlist the problem persists. If role ist set to more than one, ALL members are listed including administrators. I badly need a memberlist table, so EMD is no workaround for me.
