I have a simple question regarding to UserPro plugin. I need to have two or three different Role users regarding to visibility of the informations in the profile. First one is powered user available to show / edit all available information. The second is limited user with no option to show Social Profiles fields and the last one is member which have no option to show practical almost nothing except username.
I was trying to manage that by my own in the last couple of days but I can see that there are some fields impossible to hide and I wondering why. Idea of Roled-Based Fields sounds great but it looks like that doesn’t work at my end at all. Instructions there: “Here you can set fields to be available for certain role(s) only. For example, If you wish to make a set of fields not visible to Subscriber role, or want to make other fields available only to a Customer role. This does the job for you.”, doesn’t give me the information about if fields must be tick for showing the information on certain Role or not? So in the default settings are all fields untick and information are shown so I’m confused.

Thank you for your response.
I have purchased UserPro and I have insert the Envato number in the profile.I was send you email with print screen because I did already verify my number (I can DL the new versions of UserPro on http://userproplugin.com/userpro/customer_portal/ so I guess it’s working) and I don’t have an idea what to do more to get support and plugin running after almost a week. 🙁
I was copy paste the code to link to DL a new versions of UserPro. In registration to his support forum I was enter that code without the first number. That was a reason for waiting so long and verification failure – > My bad!
I was already send mail to Support and waiting.

No problem at all. I don’t have access to your account, so I couldn’t do anything for you. I am just one of the admins of the forum not the website.
