Hi to the community. I simply love this look when searching for or looking at the Members Page. However, I wonder is it possible for me to Create the Members Name 1st & Last (As It Shows)….But Add their Artists Type as well to display…Or Can I just Create Custom Name Fields and make one of them Music Producer, Fashion Designer, Drummer, or Ent. Attorney….? Thanks. Blessings.
Hi @TheProductGenius ,
I believe the shortcode you would use would be [userpro template=memberlist memberlist_v2_fields=artists_type] (presuming the field is to have the key of artist_type).
It’s on this page:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/shortcode-reference/Specifically:
[userpro template=memberlist]
This shortcode displays the member directory. The shortcode has many options that you can customize.memberlist_v2_fields
A comma seperated list of fields that will be displayed below user name in member directory. By default this option is set to memberlist_v2_fields=age,gender,country by default. To customize this option pass a comma seperated list of fields to display here. Example: memberlist_v2_fields=city,age,countryHave a look at all the pages available. Once you get the hang of it, these things are pretty easy to figure out.
Most pages contain shortcodes where the example is. The shortcode reference describes most of the filters and how to use them.I hope this helps. 🙂
And welcome to the forum !
@Central Geek Thank You Again. Thank You For Having Me Brother. I’m just installing the plugin now. I’m trying figure out How I want the pages to display (Where) in the Nav Menu Now. I’ll try to customize some fields later before 6 am. I’m feeling my way around the Plugin for now. I’ll send you an update, my sites not live yet. Blessings.
