Create a New Dropdown Field with users from Role

I need to know if this is possible. I need to create a Supervisor field on a User Profile, which will be a dropdown from users on a particular role (Already have the roles, and the users that belong there, I just need to have a dropdown that allows me to select the user).

Please let me know if this is possible
