Country flags don’t appear after update (all other badges and images do) What happened?

I checked this on my test server and its showing the county flag. Can you please let me know in which version are you facing this issue. Is it version 2.12.1 or 2.13 ? Also, which country flags are not showing or its for all the country flags ?
