Any support any time soon?

I’m quite disapointed at the lack of support you are offering here. If it was a free item, I could understand, but we’ve paid good money for your item and it seems like it’s not working as it should for most people and you couldn’t care less.

They respond very quickly; at least for me they did.

Like me most don’t read the entire instructions and they come here; but the fastest way is their contact form on their profile within Envato

Already done all that.

Contacted them on Saturday, got a reply on Tuesday but nothing since.

And unfortunately the instructions don’t solve my issue.
