How do I check that, because I’m not sure. You can see the error by yourself in the link that I sent you above
in reply to: [userpro template=postsbyuser] PICTURE NOT LOADINGWhere the image is supposed to load for a wierd reason it shows the same page link.
Example: Instead of showing the featured image link it shows the current page title and link. (My Profile – Instead of image link)

I found a quick way to achieve this (atleast for now) and is adding this#BEGIN (AUTHOR DATABASE REDIRECT TO PROFILE PAGES)
Redirect 301 /author http://mightyinks.com/profile
# ENDinside .htacess file.
This method works fine but the only thing is that im not a fan of using the UserName permalinks and doing it this way make you do it like that.
Hope this helps 🙂
in reply to: How-To: Changing "Author" BaseI’ve been searching everywhere for a way to achieve this. This method is not working :/
in reply to: How-To: Changing "Author" BaseI AGREE IT SHOULD BE ONE PACK. this way is makes it more straight forward for new customers including that they will have the full system taste instead just testing a piece and missing the real power behing UP 🙂
That part actually worked but again im having issues when I visit a profile page while signed in.
it shows like thisI believe that this happens because the way it’s linked with “Profile Page” layout because if I show certain part usng the [userpro_loggedin] shortcode it causes like a glitch that hides the other profiles when signed in and only can visit them when logged out.
This is the other stuff better explained (PICTURES) of what I want to achieve
This is how I want it to show in edit mode (domain.com/profile/edit
This is how I want in Public Profile (domain.com/profile/userThis is how I want logged in View mode (domain.com/profile) > Well a separate layout with other stuff that I want to integrate to users profiles account but something like the edit mode but with other stuff 🙂
in reply to: Profile Pages issues1. This kindda achieves what I want
PHP12345678910111213141516171819[userpro_loggedin] [one_half][headline type="h3" title="My Profile"][userpro_loggedin][userpro template=view][userpro template=view profile_thumb_size=120][/one_half][one_half_last][headline type="h3" title="Create a Blog Post"][userpro template=publish][/one_half_last][clear][/userpro_loggedin][userpro_loggedout][userpro template=view][userpro template=view profile_thumb_size=120][/userpro_loggedout]But the thing is I want to show a 100% width layout for just other members or visitor to be able to see the profile more like facebook wall thing but I believe that if I do it using loggedin & logged out shortcode it will show other logged in members the split section that I created for the signed in user when they visit other profiles. I want to make it that you only see the other options when you are in your own profile only but that it doesn’t show when you visit other member profiles.
At the moment I can’t actually test if it shows the split section while visiting other members profile pages because I have noticed that for a weird reason now whenever I sign in with an account the direct profiles pages doesn’t display nothing but it does shows the account view and edit modes without any problem. When you sign-out it displays the direct link profile normally. Example domain.com/profiles/user When in the actual profile mode (domain.com/profile) it works but not when you access the domain.com/profiles/user while signed in only when you signed out.
The main target was to create that split section only when you are in edit mode but if you edit the “edit profile page” in wordpress and add more content only to that page it don’t displays that content when you access your account and hit the “EDIT PROFILE” button, it shows an exact replica of “My Profile” layout page. The modified “Edit Profile page” only works with the direct url address. I want to link the “Edit Profile” button with the actual WP “Edit Profile page” to display other stuff only in that page.
Tell me how to fix the profile display issue 🙂
2. Worked like a charm /\
3. Yeah I called it wall because facebook lol but I think I can achieve this with a comment plugin or something like it which I’m not sure. What I want is to enable other users to leave comments directly in other members profiles (something like myspace comments or facebook wall messages).
Hope this works!
Thanks for your support.in reply to: Profile Pages issuesOhhh my bad lol. Now it worked. 🙂
Now back to my questions!!!in reply to: Profile Pages issuesI just went to my Envato account and checked the invoice and it actually shows the same order number that I typed, actually copy pasted lol. Could it be because my envato uses a different email address ?
