I’m sorry, “edit_redirect” just doesn’t work. It doesn’t even appear in the source code.
Please help 🙁
in reply to: Custom redirect when saving profileHello, anonymous friend!
Thank you for your reply. It seems the documentation is getting updated, after all, and I missed that it was clearly there. The problem is now solved, thank you!
However, there is one thing that I would like working, and that is the possibility to add the “login.php” file to my template so that it won’t get overwritten when updating. The documentation says to simply add a directory “userpro/templates/login.php” to the current theme, but that just hasn’t worked for me. Anyway, this isn’t the only file I modified, and so I had to make me a list of the files to watch over when updating. Guess I’ll have to add this one there!
Although it would be great to get it working!
in reply to: Customize Login PopupHello, mate!
Thank you for your help. That code makes the module NOT reload when saving changes, right? I’ve tried setting up a custom URL, but it hasn’t worked. However, on the login module, I did try
[userpro template=login login_redirect="http://mypage.com"]
and it worked. How can I do something like this?Thank you so much!
in reply to: Custom redirect when saving profileI’m sorry, I’m afraid I still can’t help neither of us. I’ve searched everywhere for a solution to this, but just haven’t been able to. Thank heavens my deadlines have expanded, because I did post this a long time ago and got no answer at all.
All I’m asking for is to change some color CSS styles and disable de “create account” button.
Please help
in reply to: Customize Login PopupThank you for your reply. Better late than never!
Although it’s useful information, and may come in handy in the future, it’s not what I was looking for. Perhaps I didn’t make myself clear. What I was trying to do is catch a field of a user inside the page, and what I meant by page was post, not template. To do so, I was using Insert PHP, although there are lots of plugins that do the same thing.
But, just now, 5 minutes ago, I’ve come up with the solution, FINALLY. The api.php file had more than I could imagined. Inside the PHP tags of the plugin mentioned above, I wrote the following code:
global $userpro;
$user_id = $userpro->get_member_by_queryvar_from_id();
$address = userpro_profile_data( address, $user_id );
echo $address;And voilà! I can now access any field I want, and I can progress much more and much faster.
Anyone, please? I’m sure it’s really not that hard to do.
