in reply to: DB ImportSolved importing.
Just increased max_allowed_packet to 64MB and problem solved. But now another problem. When I activate plugin on new host whole website show white screen of death.
I already migrated from one host to another and didn’t made that “delete_option(‘userpro_activity’);” change before importing.
Now how can I fix this white screen problem?Thank you.
in reply to: DB ImportWorks great! Thank you 🙂

in reply to: Hiding memberAny other suggested options to hide members from members directory?
I want to hide only one user – administrator. If you can suggest some code editing for it, that will be enough.in reply to: Hiding memberUPDATE2!
When I revert back members page shortcode from
[userpro template=memberlist role=subscriber, author, contributor, editor] to [userpro template=memberlist] it works normal, I can always access members page.
However with role specific members page accessing /members page freezes the site and becomes totally unavailable for about 15-20 minutes.
I’ve contacted with my hosting provider company about these 503 errors and here is their reply:
“It appears that your account is hitting the maximum concurrent processes allowed for your site. Generally, this seems to be most commonly caused by sites that are poorly coded and recursively call resources from your site for each request. So you have a PHP script, which calls another PHP script, which calls another PHP script ad nauseum until all the resources have been loaded. This is usually done using something like file_get_contents() which actually opens another separate connection from the web server to itself to call the script.”Any suggestions?
Thank you.
in reply to: Hiding memberUPDATE!
I updated my Members page with [userpro template=memberlist role=subscriber, author, contributor, editor] shortcode.
Now whenever I try to enter /members page my website gives “503 Service Unavailable” error for about 15 minutes.in reply to: Hiding memberOh that was simple, thank you 🙂
