I was able to get if fixed in the end. A suggestion, make your forums searchable from your website. I was able to use google to search your forums in the end, and find a more detailed explanation that you gave someone, and in turn helped myself. You probably could cut down on your support tickets if the ability to search the forums was part of your website search, from your menu.
Still not able to narrow down exactly what you are asking me to do. Hopefully someone else can explain, I know you are really busy
You will have to forgive me, I am new to userpro. Are you meaning under the “fields” tab? I don’t see the meta you suggested there. Are you talking about adding a new one under “Add New Field / Add or Sync Existing Data”? Or am I overthinking this and you are wanting me to do a database update?
