Same with my website. I have 10.000 Users and it fails.

Done. Verification was not possible with the Google+ Connect only.

maybe it is the number of members (registered users)
My site has over 10000 members.
How many are on your site?

Other thoughts what could be the problem:
– htaccess user password protected (my site is in development)
– imported users (Import from phpbb to wordpress with bbpress)

I increased the php memory limit to 256M, but the problem is still there, is it working on your site now ?
