Hello,
Installed UserPro yesterday. Most functions seem to be working, but I cannot add fields to the registration form. This is true for new fields that I (try to) create as well as for default fields. They drag to the form OK, but when I click “save” the progress thingy just keeps spinning around but nothing gets saved.
http://REBTinfo.com , latest version of WP.
I am not technical, BTW, so please speak English.
Tks for your help.

UPDATE
Good Morning,
Some additional information which may help you, but is pretty much outside my skill set. My host (Interserver) has been trying to help with this. No luck so far, though. They changed some settings which made everything run slower, then changed it back. They say:
“Hello,
The changes that I made earlier have now been reverted back.
I mainly changed the max_execution time and made it 300 since you mentioned that script was timing out.
And the PHP memory limit to 256M.
They have now been reverted back
-*-
max_execution 30
memory 32M”—
“Hello,
Yes, Curl is enabled on the server.

root@server [/]# curl –version
curl 7.19.7 (x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu) libcurl/7.19.7 NSS/3.27.1 zlib/1.2.3 libidn/1.18 libssh2/1.4.2

Thank you very much for your help.

UPDATE
This morning discovered that UserPro had reverted to the trial version. Thought I would start from a clean slate. Deleted plugin from the server via FTP, manually uploaded newest version. Entered purchase code and activated plugin.
No change in behave of not being able to save added fields :o{

UPDATE
No news. Still cannot add or save fields. Clean delete and new install did not help. Host’s interventions failed to solve the problem (see previous messages).
BTW, Ultimate Member, a similar plugin, otherwise very good, had a similar problem. I could create and save text fields, but not radio or dropdowns. I hired technical help and he said the problem was in the plugin as he installed it on his server and had the same problem as I did. However, I am trying WP Forms and GetControl, and those forms work perfectly, but, unfortunately, they are not designed as membership/profile solutions. I don’t know if this info is useful, but there you have it.
BTW, BTW, as far as I have tested, the short codes work OK, for example, http://REBTinfo.com/register/ .
Still no word from UserPro Support.
UserPro seems to be the BEST of the several membership plugins I have tried, but this snag is holding up several other projects, and if I cannot get some support, I am going to have have to dump it and look for other solutions, unfortunately.
Thanks for your help.

UPDATE
Good Morning,
No news. I have no “next move”
Another day. Still no response from support.
I am trying other plugins to see if I can find one that does not have this bug.
Thank you for your help.

UPDATE
Five updates and no reply, not a peep from support. What a pity! I am testing another plugin right now which I don’t like as well, Profile Grid, but seems to be working on my system. If it checks out, I guess my next move is to request a refund and leave the appropriate feedback on Envato/Code Canyon. Still, a refund hardly compensates for the week flushed down the drain dealing with this. Sigh!

UPDATE #7
After 8 days of trying to get someone’s attention, it seems apparent that the developer is no longer supporting this PAID plugin. Or perhaps they are just ignoring me for some reason. Doesn’t matter. Unfortunately, I have lost more than a week on this project.
KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY!
Actually, I don’t really care about the money. I would really like to have my week back! Sigh!
