OK, when someone registers using Social Media, lets say Facebook for example, the members Email address is used as they’re username, this causes extreme problems, where by only that person can view theyre own profile. So if i register with social media i can visit http://www.mysite.com/profile and i can see my profile and edit it as i wish, however when someone else (including admin) tries to visit my profile they are taken to http://www.mysite.com/profile/[email protected] which is then changed by the @ sign being removed in the URL and the user gets an error message telling them the user does not exist.
Even admin is not able to view or edit the persons profile, the only thing i can do to resolve the problem is to delete the user account.
This is a major bug, i would appreciate some assistance.
Many thanksRegards
Is anyone replying here to support requests? An acknowledgment at least would be nice
