Hi there,
I am really hoping I can get this issue sorted as I have spent some time researching this issue but to no avail. Basically if you go to wildrocket.com.au/profile/register/ you will see that the UserPro icons do not load properly. I have tried:
– Both Safari and Firefox on an iMac
– Deactivated and re-activated UserPro
– Deactivated and re-activated other plugins, including The7 theme
– Increased the php memory to 152M
– Resetting the permalinksThings to note:
– I am running WordPress 3.9 and UserPro 1.0.87
– The default ‘wp-content’ folder has been remapped to ‘media’ – this is reflected in the wp-config.php file and all other plugins have no issues with this.
– My .htaccess file re-directs to https://wildrocket.com.auAny ideas? Please help!
Thank you,
Rusty

Error 404I can’t see the problem. The plugin does not seem to be active. Thanks 🙂
Hi Ahmed,
Thanks for looking into this.
I *just* found the problem why the icon’s weren’t loading… I had this .htaccess file in the wp-content folder (which I had actually renamed to ‘media’ for security reasons):
# Prevents Access To wp-content By File Type
Order deny,allow
Deny from all
<Files ~ “.(xml|css|jpe?g|png|gif|js)$”>
Allow from all
</Files>After I removed that, all the icons came back!
Great! Nice to know 🙂
I see you had htaccess disabling image files and css stuff. Glad everything works great now 🙂
