FXsuccess UK, the tutorial is here as clear as possible, the only thing that’d be easier is if Ahmed did it for you, but he’s got a lot going on. Just use Notepad+ and FTP to edit your files.

Let me make this clear, this is not “support”. This is “customization request”. 🙂 So to tell that support is disappointing is misleading. You need to update the templates as provided in guide, what errors did you get when trying to update the bbpress template?
