I was trying to reset my userpro and my whole website went down as a result.
I:
deleted pages created by userpro like it told me to. (all was fine)
Uninstalled and re-installed Userpro (everything was fine accept it would not register)
after the second refresh the whole website went down and I no longer have access to the front or the back.
I used a different computer and still no luck.
I’ve reverted to default .htaccess file with no luckI’ve done more than a week of work without a backup so I’m really freaking out here.
I got it guys!
I actually just went into mysite/wp-content/plugins/userpro
and simply renamed the userpro.php file and vuala! my site was back up again.I deleted userpro – re-uploaded it and… I’ll let you guys know.
Thanks for checking.
I actually just renamed the main userpro php file and my website was back up again.
I then manually deleted the pages and plugin and re-uploaded it and the site worked
not the plugin thothe website works now but when I re-upload the plugin I get the same broken (whole) website.
I delete the plugin and everything is ok.I really do want this plugin tho.
anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
