Hi
I get these extra icons around the check mark in my registration forms, any way to remove that?
https://db.tt/etsLDx6swhich theme are you using? Does it work fine when you change theme?
I haven’t tried changing the theme and I’m worried that I loose my styling if I do. I’m using Inovado.
You can switch theme without loosing customisation, just to try if it’s a theme conflict !
I’ve the same problem too.
In my case, the extra icons are due to a conflict of UserPro’s CSS and my theme’s bootstrap.css. Both have a class with the same name “icon-ok”.
This is a screenshot I took with Chrome browser’s debugging tool:
I unchecked the background-image from bootstrap.css in the debugging tool, and the issue is gone.
As bootstrap.css is now very popular and used in many WordPress themes, I think it’d be good that UserPro take care of this potential conflict. 🙂
Hi echo9120. Thanks for the screenshots. Unfortunately I don’t have the bootstrap.css or any class icon field in debugging mode with chrome. Could I find this anywhere else?
I found it in my theme and deleted the image url. Thank you so much.
@Djdios You’re welcome 🙂
As you deleted the image url from your theme’s CSS, and if your theme needs some of those icons from glyphiconshalflings.png for display, they will no longer showing up. I think it’d be good if UserPro could take care of this CSS class conflict. 🙂
Which themes are conflicting? Please email me the themes to check this issue and fix it from UserPro css itself. 🙂
Thanks!
