well that’s freakin’ awesome, thanks for the code.
in reply to: Change login button for username when userloginCould you provide a link where we can see exactly the problem in action? I looked over your website but can’t really figure out what your issue is.
in reply to: Tutorials list, others? shortcode how it worksBut this code won’t make use of UserPro in any way will it?
in reply to: Change login button for username when userloginIt is possible but I don’t know exactly how to do it. First of all it depends on your theme more than it depends on UserPro.
You can have a php code for your top nav something withis_user_logged_in()
show Sign Out link,else Login/Register
And for the Login/Register use UserPro modal login/register. There is a tutorial how to make UserPro modal somewhere here on the forums.
Sorry I couldn’t actually give you a solution to your question but it is possible.
Also have you checked this thread, might help you.in reply to: login popup link in a WP menuYeah, the docs are lacking a lot and Ahmed is aware, he’s trying to update the documentation and specifically the shortcode section for a while now but i guess between all the updates and the support (he had some issues with finding someone to help him with support from what I read) … he didn’t have much time to update the docs.
An idea would be for us, users to try and put together a thread with all our shortocde findings but that could be incomplete and slow to gather.in reply to: Tutorials list, others? shortcode how it worksAbout secure download, many nulled plugins have extra code in them also like: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22996398/wordpress-website-posts-getting-redirected-to-a-youtube-video
So it’s your choice after all but I prefer secure download, regular updates and support. All of those for a one time fee.in reply to: Get it freeI’m achieving this using Dynamic Widgets from http://wordpress.org/plugins/dynamic-widgets/. Have a widget with [userpro template=login] shown to role=guests and another one with [userpro template=card] to members.
I was just wondering if maybe in the future it would be possible from UserPro alone, without any other plugins.P.S. – link code doesn’t work on this forum? I tried using a href and didn’t show anything. Anyway edited and linked manually.
in reply to: Show badge if user is logged inHmmm sorry, I already found options for doing exactly this with the help of other plugins. Now the question only remains if it’s possible to achieve the same with only UserPro in the future.
in reply to: Show badge if user is logged inAs I said 5 times so far, this is a fresh install so there is no other plugin installed other than UserPro, the active theme is TwentyFourteen so I don’t know why you keep blaming conflicts with other stuff and, about the server configuration I never had any problem with anything related to wordpress (themes or plugins) but if there is something wrong with the host can you maybe tell me what should be changed? I can always contact my host and ask them about it.
in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorSo, I emailed you and you replied to contact you via gtalk. I did that and you didn’t answer (waiting for an answer for the last 8 days now). What’s next? Are you going to ask me to contact you via some other messaging service?
This is definitely not premium support 24/7 as stated on the product page. The way I see it, if you wanted or could provide support related to my problem you could have easily just logged in to my site (as I did provide you the login details), see what’s going on, fix it and reply here so that other users can make use of the fix if the problem would appear again. This way all the signs point to either you don’t want to help some of your customers or you can’t fix it in which case the product is only partially functional.
I guess my next step is refund ticket. Thank you for bringing new features often to the plugin but too bad it only works for some users.
in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorOkay I’ve been patient enough I believe but you are deliberately ignoring support tickets that can’t be solved. It’s the only explanation I can find.
Let’s say 24h from now I will have no option but to submit a refund ticket to envato support since the frontend redirect and the so called “24/7 premium support” are clearly not available.
I would be more than happy if you can fix the issue in the meantime but it’s highly unlikely since you are ignoring threads older than a few days here on your support forums.in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorNew fun stuff in error log:
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 714007216 bytes) in /home/…/wp-content/plugins/userpro/addons/redirects/admin/admin.php on line 429
I really need to know if you can solve my problem or not, I noticed you’ve been avoiding it for a while now so is UserPro 100% functional or not?
in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorMy site development is on hold for 11 days now due to problems with USP and honestly it’s not fun anymore, can you please take a look and see if it can be fixed or not?
I need a permanent solution because I will be re-deploying a fresh install of wordpress since I shared all the details here already. So it needs to work on a new install also.
I imagine you probably forgot how the whole issue started so it might be worth to take 5 minutes and re-read the whole thread again before you ask for new login details or ask me to re-save the permalink structure.
Thank you.in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server ErrorOkay I tested it a bit more and there are no more redirect loops blocking the site completely, the only problem is that i go in the backend, access 1-2 pages (Appearance, Users, etc) doesn’t matter which and then anything I try goes straight to frontend homepage.
Also from the frontend when I try to access different UserPro pages (edit profile, view profile … members) It redirects to the homepage but the address bar shows the correct link.
Worth to note I double checked, all redirect options in UserPro Global Options are set to NO and Do not redirect.in reply to: Page not found / Internal Server Error
