Ahmed, do you know whether a comment activity, whether it is from DISQUS or native comment from WordPress should be shown on the Activity? Thanks.

    Hello Michal,

I am wondering whether you have done some extra custom code to integrate DISQUS in your website. I would be interested and thankful how you are making the commenting system work for you. I think DISQUS is probably the best commenting system and widely used on WP sites.

I am unable to access my dashboard as an admin as it seems UserPro does not recognize admins.

Now that I am thinking again, could this has something to do with the fact that changing nameservers would require me to use a different license key?

@support-ahmed can you confirm whether this is the reason? That since I changed nameservers that was like changing hosts and the license key had been revocked?

I have narrowed down my issue that has to do with UserPro, what happened is that I changed the nameservers on my domain to use that of CloudFlare as I was trying to use this CDN service to speed up my site. After I unpdated my nameservers I am not able to login to my dashboard, it is as if something had changed that all admins have been blocked from the site to act as something lower than an author, perhaps a subscriber. Now that I have undone my nameservers change back to that of my host, the problem continues that I am not able to log in to my dashboard. I have done a number of things including creating new admins from PhpMyAdmin and hired a programmer, he assures me this has to do with UserPro, so if I can ask to please support me how changing my nameservers could cause this, when I simply delete the UserPro folder from the FTP to disable the plugin, the site breaks altogether. The .htaccess has been reset to the original .htaccess file I had, so I know it is not that. If you can please help, I would not want to lose my site for this.

    Thanks!

Thanks, as I am new in implementing this API, do you mind giving me more guidance? Here is the code for the Advanced Comment widget:

Where do I insert this modification?

I added global $userpro; after the “<?php” tag above.

I fixed my issue, though it had to do with a plugin conflict, the “Chimpy” plugin that I have to deactivate in order for this to be avoided. Also noticed a jQuery issue with Jetpack. I solved by enabling the jQuery Updater plugin. Thanks.
