There is no file called ‘userpro’ in /sites/2/ but it’s a folder. So, the last /userpro is the folder userpro within sites/2.
Copy all folders inside wp-content/uploads/sites/2/userpro/ to wp-content/uploads/userpro/.

in reply to: Profile picture of user not showing up in multisiteHere was my solution (Multisite):
The location of the avatars on your server has changed apparently. The solution is to copy all the folders from the wp-content/uploads/sites/6/userpro/ folder to the following folder: wp-content/uploads/userpro. The folders probably all have numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Copy them to the new location. The number 6 in my link is because this site is number 6 in the multisite. Your number may vary.

Hi,
I have the same issue. I cannot view the avatars (broken image link), but if I click on the profile picture they do show up in a light box. The link mentioned in some threads (http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/wp-multisite-broken-avatars-on-subdomain/) is a 404 page.
Can you help me out?
Regards
Derek
