@Gaz, thanks for the contribution. I’ll give it a try later today. I have MANY other mods (bug fixes, really) that are needed with my UserPro install. Yes, I’m having the same issue. Apparently, (according to user pro support) media can only be seen by logged users – not guests. I purchased this add-on yesterday and it would have been nice to know this design flaw BEFORE purchasing the add-on plugin.

of course it can be modified to allow the FB login app to use the FB username instead of the FB email. I’m asking for assistance on HOW to modify this or at least point me in a direction.

Glad to find this thread. Is there a way to eliminate categories with the short code? I prefer to have no post categories…

monoto – I’ve experienced the same issue. It seems to be based on the browser that the user(s) is using to login/register. Just another bug with this plugin – not cross-browser compatible. :/

I’d like to know, too. Also, why is support for this plugin so horrible?? I’ve asked at least 5 major questions about bugs and modifications and I still have no real solution

I can only get it to work in Firefox browser… does not work for me in Chrome or Safari. How can we ensure all browser compatibility? Even in Firefox, I got a big warning on the FB login screen. Also, is there a way to configure the script to NOT use the Facebook as the username. In other words, when someone registers via FB, it uses their associated FB email address ([email protected]) – is there a way to change that as it displays in the profile URL on UserPro?

Yes, the FB app has been properly setup on my install. In fact, a UserPro support rep successfully logged in or registered on my site via FB (based on my support ticket). However, I’m not sure how, as I have tested on all browsers within no success….
