We checked and confirmed back to CodeCanyon that all of those issues were fixed a few months ago, as mentioned in our change log as well.
This discussion and code review by CodeCanyon took a while , which is why UserPro was off the air for the past few hours. 1. Go to Settings -> Permalinks (WordPress permalinks) and Save permalinks.
3. In Userpro -> Setup Pages – Rebuild userpro pages.Please let me know if this solves the problem.

2. Go to Settings -> Permalinks (WordPress permalinks) and Save permalinks. <br>

Can you try following –
1. Deactivate current theme and plugins.
2. Check that the issue is gone now.
3. Activate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the conflicting item.If the issue is solved after that please share the admin as well as FTP access as a private message so that I can investigate further.
