I would like to only show current members who hold a specified membership level attached to their WP role.

Currently the EMD is displaying everyone including admins, editors and such.

its shows all the roles if you are on preview mode and you are an administrator, giving you all the options. But if you select the roles available for other users in the setting that won’t be a problem. I suggest that you create a test account in your page so you can test it out by yourself 🙂
