Hi Guys,
I have the same issue:
I have one page with the shortocode
[userpro template=view]
[userpro_loggedin][woocommerce_my_account][/userpro_loggedin]But I can’t access to the view order page to see the single page details.
Can you help me?
Thanks in advance
Federico
Hi there. Could you please explain where to put the shortcodes exactly? I have the myaccount php file but which line do I place them? Also, when someone registers via the WC My Account page, will that automatically update the userpro membership list?
Thank you in anticipation.
Karen
Hi everybody,
I had the same problem, in the order history I couldn’t access to the view order page or the billing address page.
This worked for me
On the http://www.yoursite.com/my-account page I placed this shortocode (thanks keyhanjun)
[userpro template=view]
[userpro_loggedin][woocommerce_my_account][/userpro_loggedin]on the WooCommerce/settings/Accounts page
Unlink the “My Account Page”, then relink it again. After that everything worked perfect.
Hoop this helps
Best
MarianoGreat! Thank you Zorlak. It worked for me so all is good. One question though, when a logged in user makes a purchase, are their details automatically filled in (because they have already entered them in the Userpro profile) or do they have to rewrite all of them? I haven’t tried a dummy run yet but thought I would ask.
Thanks for your help.
Hi there. I installed the code as suggested (thank you). The top of the page looks ok. But for some reason, the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode is displaying the userpro short code amongst others. Also, when you are logged out, the text is all bunched together. For that issue I assume I need to get a developer to clean that up and add some spacing. The first problem though I need help with.
