Hi again,
I have been waiting for an answer for more than 24 hours. What is going on with the support? The plugin is great with lots of options but what is the point of having a support form for a commercial product if you are going to make your customers wait 1-2 days for each question.
Is it generally like this or am I doing something wrong by using this form to get support? Is there another way to get more prompt support here?
I would appreciate some feedback from regular users here…

I’m the same, I sent 2 support emails via the codecanyon form 3 days ago, and got the automated ticket reply via email, but absolutely no follow up after 3 days??
I’m a multi licensee purchaser (customer)…. so do you have quality support channel or not?
Also, I always tick the box ‘Notify me of follow-up replies via email’ on my threads/replies here, and I never once get notified when a response is posted. I checked my spam folder, and my Google Apps log files, and nothing is being sent to me at all. Why is this?
Yup, feels like we are neglected here. If support comes on the forum only once a week and respond to few questions, than this is not support – you dont treat clients like this.
Dear UserPro Support please DO something about support frequency. Otherwise you may expect poor rating on codecanyon/envatoi have most of the plugins for userpro and i too am not getting any responses. perhaps there’s some sort of family tragedy going on? a lot of these developers are just themselves working from home. so there’s only so much to go around.
can we help each other?
