I bought the userpro plugin but I’m having a really hard time understanding how users can publish posts. Does this mean that this feature only works with themes that already have user generated content capacities? Like Facepress for example.

I would like my site to have the same page as home => Blog Category 02 => Photo Blog Post.

How do I do that?

Placing the shortcode [userpro template=publish] on a page (save or update the page), will display the frontend posting feature of UserPro.

You should not need any additional plugins, just add that short code to whatever you want and you should then generate the ability for users to post. As for seeing your pages, please provide a link to your website so we can see what you are talking about.
