Userpro will not save new fields

Hi. I hope you can help me. Loving the plugin, and really enjoying getting to know my way around. I have a problem however. I can create a new field and it automatically saves, however when I drag it over to the left hand side for it’s inclusion in the edit profile and register, nothing changes and it does not save. I also can’t change options such as the collapsible sections from ‘no’ to ‘yes’ – again, nothing changes.

As an update, I have tested this out on another hosting company and a fresh install, with no other plugins activated. Same result.
