userpro pannel goes wrong

Hi support team,

I cannot edit the setting of the userpro plugin,
each time i chose some changes, for example: setting>general>ebale rtl
i get a white screen, no possibility to chose any of the options and no button to click on.
this occur on every change i have try to do.

I have checked the other plugins conflict, shut-off all plugins, as well as changed theme, but even thus it is still happening.

need your prompt help.
this is critical for my site.

Hi there Tal,

This looks like a plugin/theme conflict. Does anyone experience a similar issue please?

To make it clear, can you switch tabs in Settings ? or can’t switch tabs at alL? Any js/php errors?

the upper tabs i can switch,

I already disabled all other plugins and theme

need other solution
