just tested the link you have provided & the search is working fine here from my end.

Maybe try a different browser or clear the cache & try again.

Maybe you can try if it makes a difference when you logout yourself & then retest the search function. As in my testings I wasn’t logged in while testing.

If it’s a user display name created before UserPro, It won’t appear in search unless you do some meta data syncing (syncing display name to be specific.)
