This piece of code is causing a “The request got a 4XX, 5XX response or couldn’t be loaded” When we test with pingdom.

It is not slowing down the site for most users but only some people including myself. My load times with my ISP now are 20 seconds when the average user is experiencing a few second load.

This is critical and I am sure if effecting every https user pro site
