Hi, after updating to 2.12 the own user image no longer appears.

Hello ,
If you have installed 2.12 or 2.12.1 and have trouble with member profiles images – Go to Settings -> Compatibility Settings -> Change URL Encoding and toggle the setting’s value.
Save the settings and check again – images should show up fine now
