Hello, I don’t understand how to make the Plugin totally localized, for instance on this site which is in EN as its main language and FR as its secondary language, when you go here for example:
You can see that “Username or email” and “Password” are still in English, whereas the other elements are in French. Same issue with all the terms like “Billing Address etc etc of the forms.. Does this mean that these elements source their strings somewhere else than the UserPro .mo ?!
PS: I do use WPML on this site (and on another with a different theme where I encounter the same issue). I did load the strings from the UserPro plugin, most of which seem translated.. 825 strings I think for the French version (and a few not translated.. about 80 or so).

I already asked for support by mail for this but got no answer :0((( It’s becoming dramatically urgent I resolve this as we use User Pro for WooCommerce login. I even provided login access so you could look into it.. REALLY NEED HELP BADLY HERE. I looked all over the forum but could not find anything.5 years, 5 months ago UserPro Support TeamParticipant
Hey Thank you for letting us know about it .We have planned it up for the version 2.9.
It would be released in the Version 2.9
Thanking you in advance for your patience .
I hope it’ll be soon :0)
I just need to get things clear.. I’m not exactly sure what you meant in your answer:
“We have planned it up for the version 2.9.”
So, by it you mean you are aware that the translation is not functioning properly and thus this will be fixed ? Correct ?
Hi, I upgraded to 2.9 and most of my forms don’t get translated in French. I REALLY NEED HELP as it is extremely important that this system works for my clients.
You said: “We have planned it up for the version 2.9”.. I don’t know exactly what you meant by “it”.. Are you or have you been aware of a translation issue for some time already ? If you know the translation does not work completely shouldn’t it be a major priority ?
Can I email you directly to get this sorted ? To make sure you understand what I am talking about.. THANKS !
IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT AS YOU AN IMAGINE, I cannot have half-translated forms :0(
