I saw this in the newer release note:

– Fixed bug: Resolved translation handling – messages and labels that weren’t being picked up from the PO/ MO file.

But I cannot find the strings in WPML for the form fields like Billing Name and so on.. does this bug dix relate to this or is this another issue ?
