Here is what you do if your language is not listed in the folder ….wp-content/plugins/userpro/languages:
1. Download and install the free Poedit program from poedit.net
2. Download the userpro.pot file from …wp-content/plugins/userpro/languages/userpro.pot from your WordPress installation
3. Open the userpro.pot file with Poedit and create a new translation naming it userpro-xx_XX.po where xx and XX is your language abbreviation. Save it.
4. Do the translation and save it or wait to do it from within WordPress
5. Go to https://po2mo.net. Upload the newly created userpro-xx_XX.po and click Convert. And then download the .mo file
6. Upload the userpro-xx_XX.po and the userpro-xx_XX.mo file to the ..wp-content/plugins/userpro/languages/ folder
7. I use the plugin Loco Translate for the actual translation as I can check the translation in another browser window
