WordPress allows translation through the use of a PO/MO file. This however, is a more complicated procedure which is outlined here and requires access to either the command line or the use of a plugin to generate the translations. Say What? is the easier option when you’re only looking at translating a single string rather than generating a translation file for the whole plugin.
