SVG button on reg page

Is it possible to put some link or button in the ‘edit profile’ page near the ‘upload your profile picture’ that points to SVG Avatar generator page?

That requires some minor customization, I do not suppose that all users have SVG plugin installed. 🙂 I think a more robust integration via modal or something is needed.
