My website is artistsnation.org
I have a few plugins and one slider (only in use on homepage)
I can disable userpro and site speeds up a lot. Anyone wiser than myself know a fix?
]]>Maybe post on this thread (http://userproplugin.com/userpro/forums/topic/twitter-fb-bad-auth/) so it gets more attention to get a fix?
Paul
]]>Edit userpro/index.php
and Comment this line
require_once userpro_path . ‘addons/social/index.php’;
This disables the social activity. Please try again now
]]>Anyone facing similar “speed” issues, please turn off logging activity by Commenting this line in index.php
require_once userpro_path . ‘addons/social/index.php’;
This will disable social addon until I find a workaround for the activity logging.
]]>This did speed up the site, I can tell. However, it did not increase my google page test speed. I hear godaddy is not a good hosting service for wordpress sites but I’m not looking to switch anytime soon. I’ll be looking forward to a fix in future updates but in the meantime this is somewhat resolved…
]]>When you say “commenting” Do you mean delete the “require_once userpro_path . ‘addons/social/index.php’;” code?
Thanks,
Paul
