Why this huge space appears between the photo and the name?
Look this: http://ajudaroproximo.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/huge-space.jpg

What should I do step by step to get closer to the name of the photo?

Regards,
Icaro

For the whitespaces ,It seems to be a conflict . Can you please try deactivating the other plugins and check for conflict if any .

Please follow the below steps:
1. Deactivate current theme and plugins.
2. Check that the issue is gone now.
3. Activate your theme/plugins one by one until you find the conflicting item.

Please let me know if you are solved with the problem and if there is anything else I can help you with .

But I guess this is to keep the height of the layout of the box because the box so userpro always gets the same height (login / logout), then I think the only solution is to increase the photo to get next name.

What is the step by step procedure?

To increase the photosize of profile view you can use this shortcode by default its 80.
[userpro template=view profile_thumb_size=80]

So I just want to change the picture size, so the picture will approach the name, taking this space blank, without moving the size of the widget. So to change only the photo size, would have any shortcode, eg: “[userpro template=login_thumb_size=180]” or I would have to touch the CSS code?
