Hey, guys!
We have found error which caused this problem in file: userpro\scripts\scripts.min.js, line 2399.
“shortcode” needs to be wrapped in ‘encodeURIComponent()’, because it may contain incapable symbols (spaces and so on).

Also, this file was not minified (according to name), we did it ourselves.
Hopefully, it will be fixed in future updates updates.Thanks Tima!
This worked.
Feedback to Support team – very bed response and not helpful. This is paid plugin but acting like free. Not happy with overall kind of support.
I don’t have a line 2399. having the same problem. couldn’t get the full code from your screen shot but attempted and it still did not work. please advise.
Will this work for Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form:SyntaxError: Unexpected token
and what do you mean it needs to be wrapped in ‘encodeURIComponent()’ what does it look liked wrapped
Hi King Smith – Do you have Media Manager version 1.6 installed on your site ? If so please have a look at this thread – https://forum.userproplugin.com/forums/topic/userpro-media-manager-probelm/ solution for this issue is given there. Please let me know if this helps.
Hi,
I do have media manager installed.I think I’m entering the code wrong I’m getting this error when I update: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF in /home/content/03/9374703/html/wp-content/plugins/userpro-mediamanager/functions/user-functions.php on line 8
what is the exact code to be inserted on line 1175. it isn’t clear to me from the screenshot. I did add the uriencoding part but it still did not work. i’m thinking i left out something. thank you.

@ LFC_Bible – Are you getting this error – Error in jQuery.ajax while submitting a form:Not Found while login / registration ?
“King Smith” issue was related to the media manager addon.
To solve this issue – Please make below changes:
1) Goto userpro/scripts/scripts.min.js.
2) Find line no.1200 which says “data: form.serialize() + “&action=userpro_process_form&template=”+form_data[‘template’]+”&group=”+form_data[ form_data[‘template’] + ‘_group’ ]+”&shortcode=”+shortcode+’&up_username=’+up_username,”and replace the entire line with
data: form.serialize() + “&action=userpro_process_form&template=”+form_data[‘template’]+”&group=”+form_data[ form_data[‘template’] + ‘_group’ ]+”&shortcode=”+encodeURIComponent(shortcode)+’&up_username=’+up_username,
This should solve your issue.
If you still face any issue – Please drop us a note via – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contactTried this, now I’m not getting the error, but I just refreshes the page without going through with the desired action (IE Login, Register)
I’ve already got a “ticket” open under my [email protected] email. Can you get to it asap please?
Thanks
