I cannot use the Social Wall plugin, no matter what page i create and using the shortcode [userpro template=socialwall] the Social Wall does not appear.

The page i use it on however does change, I get a large gap below the content area of the page but nothing shows. What i mean by this is that any page i use the shortcode [userpro template=socialwall] for the social wall, the content area of the page has a large gap below it until it reaches the footer, it seems like this gap is the height of the social wall and where it should appear, but nothing appears, its just empty
