I may be dumb but I would like to know if User Pro only works with sites that already have a user generated content ability or not. In a nutshell I bought the theme but I’m having a hard time find how to have users publish posts just like on the demo Home=> Blog Category 02 => Photo Blogs.

You will need to use a front-end editor plugin, this will allow users to create posts from the fron-end of your site once logged in.

thanks so much for taking the time to answer me. I have 2 other questions:

– How to add the shortcodes so that new users get the registred page and exisiting user the login page?

– Is there a way to modify the [userpro template=publish] template? If so how? I’m not too big on php but can find some help.

– Last but not least, I tried as a test to upload an article and when I added the image appear only in the article page and not in the homepage. I supposed that users have to set it as featured image but anyway this can be automatic?

I will be implementing it so users can post photos. I noticed the same thing about the image not showing because it is not the featured image. It would be nice to have a setting in the admin panel to make this automatic or not. So those of us that want to create a “image-feed” can do so easily.
