one of our clients has requested the following feature:

Their use-case:

1. Users can not edit their own profile data at all (all changes are done by the staff)
2. Registration is deactivated

Feature-Request:

When the staff edits a user profile an email is triggered and sent to the user so that he/she knows his/her profile was being changed/updated by the staff

What do you think, can you make it possible within 2-3 weeks?
