Hi there…I support a website that was developed by someone else. Found out that site members are required to enter a secret key in order to change password. I tested this with a test account after receiving complaints – over the past two weeks, all secret keys (when received) are showing up “expired or invalid” literally within minutes of requesting the secret key. Any ideas? Thank you – I’m at a loss.
