However even after inserting the shortcodes for this (taken from the online manual) into the member directory page, nothing they don’t display, you just see this at the bottom of the page.

emd_gender=”Gender,dropdown”
emd_country=”Country,dropdown”
emd_Orientation=”Orientation,dropdown”

related question, searching by name only works for finding admin and members who joined after userpro was installed, but not for the 2000 members who joined prior to userpro, they apparently although in the directory, are unsearchable by name.

can you fix this please.

About the issue you are facing – I can see that you are using older version of userpro on your site ,latest version of userpro is 2.27 , Can you please update the plugin and let me know if issue exist .
